United Way of Lowndes County

Background
The United Way of Lowndes County has a long standing reputation for providing needed funds and service throughout the communities it serves. PMG was approached to redesign and redevelop the website. Their were certain factors that needed special attention including a theme more reflective and resound with the national united way chapter and easy for the local community to navigate, inclusion of streaming video and media gallery capabilities, and the inclusion of a content management system (cms) that will allow the most novice user the ability to make changes to their website from any computer with a browser and internet connection.

The Experience
Sitting down with the folks at United Way of Lowndes County for the first time was one of the most memorable, warmest sit downs we've ever had with a client. Jan knew what she wanted and had the majority of the content ready for use in the website. The minor hiccups were there; acquiring/retaining server information, media selection(s), etc. At the end of the day the website turned out beautifully.
